HI, It's come down to this. I am a married father of three. We are in a little finacial bind at the current time. Our landlord is selling the townhouse we are currently renting and we have a couple of months to find a new place to rent. Our financial situation, like a lot of induviduals, is not the best but we are trying to rectify that problem. We are trying to rent and pay all bills on time so we can qualify for an FHA loan next year in 2009. We both work, but with the high rents we are unable to save any money for the move and since we entered this rental unit with no money down, we will not have any return security for our next rental. If anyone can help we would be complete indebted to you. We would even pay it back in small amounts if requested. I don't want a hand out, I just need a helping hand.
